Directions:
Try using 1 can coconut
milk or equivalent of
dry powder in place of
liquid in pilaf mix. It
gives a great creamy
texture and a very
complimentary addition
to the seasonings. (This
was sampled at the
Scattered Seeds Craft
Sale in Winnipeg in the
fall). Reviews were very
positive!
